5 cl Highlander Whisky
2,5 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1,5 cl BoraBora Gomma
Egg white
a few drops Angostura
First, perform a vigorous dry shake without ice to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass with a couple of ice cubes.
On the foam, draw a pattern with drops of Angostura bitters.
