OWN CROPS
Antonio Nadal Destil·leries owns and manages its own aromatic herb plantation, which is cultivated using organic methods, respecting the plants and their environment. After each harvest, the herbs are dried using solar energy using an innovative system. This management approach ensures optimal quality in our distillates.

Processes

01 Maceration
Continuous and regular hydroalcoholic maceration system with exhaustive quality control, which provides us with maximum organoleptic stability.

02 Distillation
Antonio Nadal obtains his finest distillates using a state-of-the-art 1.200-liter copper still. The distilleries are also developing other types and techniques for distillation, developed through their R&D department. These processes produce top-quality products with very special treatment.

03 Production and mixing room
In our mixing room, we can produce up to 80.000 liters of product per day. We have 10 mixers with different technologies and capacities, allowing us to produce small batches for artisanal production or large industrial volumes.

04 Bottling lines
We have five bottling lines, with a production capacity of more than 5 different formats and volumes, allowing us to adapt to the needs of each of our customers. Our current production volume exceeds 30 million bottles annually.

FACILITIES

LAB - Quality Control
Our LAB-Quality Control department is equipped with all the machinery, tools, and equipment necessary to carry out the various tasks entrusted to it, including raw material control and internal manufacturing and bottling processes. Another important task of this department is the improvement of our products through the research and development of new raw materials.

Showroom
This space is essentially at the disposal of our clients, to whom we can offer training and instruction in cocktail making and mixology in general. We have a fully professional bar equipped with a professional rack, blender, crusher, ice machine, coffee maker, cocktail shakers, etc. All these instruments and tools are available to our professional bartender, Salvador Esquinas, to develop the art of mixology, focusing primarily on training and instructing our clients via a projector.

Lobby
We have a common area where all factory processes can be viewed. This large space is available for hosting any event.

Offices
Our customer service is an essential aspect of our management system. Our technical and industrial focus is on the production floor, but our customer service in administrative and fiscal matters related to spirits makes us highly specialized in all types of national and international procedures.
We have a dedicated team of professionals dedicated to carrying out these tasks in customer service, as well as facilities and equipment that facilitate their treatment.
