Antonio Nadal Nispero Brandy

Antonio Nadal medlar brandy 0.5 liters is an ideal digestive and purifying distillate, since these are the properties of this delicate fruit, in addition to the multiple minerals and high fiber content, as well as potassium and calcium.
To make it, we harvest organic loquats from Mallorca at the beginning of summer, when they are at their optimum point of ripeness, to macerate them in agricultural alcohol, and then add a second distillation in a copper still, thus obtaining a spirit with exceptional subtlety and flavor.

In the mouth, a light nuance of summer fruits such as apricot or peach, leaving a soft taste of loquat on the palate.

Ideal as a dessert for its digestive qualities, but we can also use it as a base distillate for making cocktails.
