Ferone Amaretto is a delicate 20% liqueur made in Mallorca, based on the original Italian recipe. It is the result of macerating bitter apricot kernels, almonds, a handful of wild herbs, and the predominant touch of vanilla, with premium grain alcohol distilled in a copper still and adding a sugar solution, which transforms it into a delicious amber-colored liqueur with natural almond aromas and a sweet and bitter flavor. This makes Amaretto Ferone a perfect after-dinner drink, ideal for serving chilled or over ice, and also ideal for making classic cocktails like the Amaretto Sour.
