Orange Appetizer Canonita

Preparation:

This aperitif is made with oranges of the native Mallorcan Canoneta variety. It is a selection of the finest oranges grown in the municipality of Sóller in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. After being hand-picked, it is quickly processed at the Antonio Nadal distillery.

They are peeled by hand and the skins are macerated in wine-based alcohol. They are then vacuum distilled to obtain maximum extraction of both aroma and color.

Consumption Mode:

It is a product that can be enjoyed alone with ice, and is also an interesting product for cocktails.
