Sweet Muntaner Herbs

Hierbas Muntaner is the legacy of Mallorcan liqueur tradition, a spirit made from grain alcohol macerated with star anise, then macerated in seven traditional aromatic plants from the Balearic and Mediterranean landscapes, followed by sugar. The herbs are harvested manually in late May and early June and are homegrown on the Celler Tianna Negre estate. A 25% digestive liqueur, ideal for after-dinner drinks, served neat or iced. With an aniseed and herbal aroma, a spectacular amber color, and handcrafted without artificial colors or preservatives, Hierbas Muntaner is a must-have for any family lunch or dinner.
