Pacharán Arigoitia

A traditional liqueur from the Navarre region, its origins date back to the Middle Ages, where it was used at grand celebrations and banquets. It was highly prized for its elegant flavor, which was attributed with medicinal qualities. Today, we can say that it is one of the most consumed liqueurs in Spain. Pacharán Arigoitia is handcrafted by macerating sloes in a base of anise brandy, followed by the addition of natural sugar to correct the bitterness.
