Palo Túnel

The liquor of Palo 30º is made in a traditional way from gentian and cinchona, Mediterranean plants with healing, anti-inflammatory and digestive properties, as well as caramelized sugar using a rustic method with a wood-fired oven.

A craft liquor, with an infinite number of uses, from consuming it alone with ice, to the typical Mallorcan aperitif, Palo with soda, new consumption habits such as Palo-Tonic, or more modern versions such as Palo Mule, adding ginger beer and lemon juice. It's also used in baking to make delicious desserts.
