Cigal Pastis

Pastis liqueur is a very typical anise-based spirit from France.

Despite having a high alcohol content of 40%, it is a digestive liqueur and very popular after-dinner drinks in France, especially in the Marseille and Provence regions.

It is most commonly consumed as an aperitif, very cold, and water is normally added to reduce its considerable alcohol content.

Its slightly golden color, aniseed aroma, and pleasant flavor make it a very appealing and refreshing liqueur.
