The Group Túnel Antonio Nadal Destil·leries, the group to which it belongs, believes that the way to maintain its commitment to the Environment and Society is to integrate its sustainability policy into its business model, in all areas and at all levels, as well as to collaborate with social and educational organizations through partnerships and by hosting students for internships. Thus, the Group has directed its Social Responsibility towards very clear objectives:
- Ensure that environmental management is integrated with quality, food safety, and occupational health and safety.
- Ensure that collaboration with social work organizations is carried out annually on a scheduled basis.
- Ensure that collaboration with educational institutions is carried out in an integrated manner across all company departments.
For our Group, sustainability and respect for the environment are fundamental objectives, and they govern all of our business operations.

Environment
Clean water
a) In all our production processes, we have reduced water consumption per liter of alcohol by 10%.
b) We collect and store rainwater for use in toilets, sanitary facilities, and street cleaning.
c) We have 5 cisterns for drip irrigation (98% of the cultivated area).
Environment
a) We have implemented the waste management system in all our facilities.
b) All our plantations are registered in the organic system.
Clean energy
a) 50% of our electricity consumption comes from renewable energy.
b) Photovoltaic panels that generate more than 350 kWp.
c) We have 2 solar collector parks for domestic hot water.
d) We have replaced diesel with natural gas in all our industrial facilities.
Efficiency
a) All the lighting in our facilities is LED technology.
b) Our cooling and air conditioning equipment is highly efficient.
c) The compressors in our industrial facilities are equipped with systems that recover the heat energy generated (cogeneration).
d) Cold/heat enthalpy recovery system in our ventilation systems.
e) We only work with local suppliers (Kilometer 0).

We have held ISO 9001 certification since 2003, a certification we have maintained over the years and which supports our quality management system.
